All of that fast food, fried food, and junk food comes with a price and that usually comes in the form of high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, etc. So if you want to live healthier you should eat a balanced diet rich in lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and whole grains.

Stop Making Excuses
As a Black man you already know many of the problems we face in the world today but what you may not know is that one of the biggest problems we face is the excuses we make about why we aren’t doing the necessary things to take better care of ourselves and live healthy lives. So if you are one of the millions of us who come up with a million reasons why you don’t change your eating habits, quit smoking, practice safer sex, etc. – you need to stop.
